Enterprise Business Development Manager

Bynder is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives and drive sales growth in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of up to 10 Enterprise Account Executives
- Provide guidance and support to direct reports through client and prospect meetings
- Develop a winning team through recruiting and hiring
- Coach direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins
- Conduct regular trainings on situational selling, product, and process
- Accurately report on sales activity and forecasting
- Monitor sales activity and track results
- 5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B and SaaS sales
- 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role
- Knowledge of Challenger Sales Model, MEDDICC, SPIN Selling
- Demonstrated success in leading a high-performing enterprise sales team
- Proven experience exceeding sales quotas and accurate forecasting
