Role Summary

Bynder is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives and drive sales growth in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of up to 10 Enterprise Account Executives
  • Provide guidance and support to direct reports through client and prospect meetings
  • Develop a winning team through recruiting and hiring
  • Coach direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins
  • Conduct regular trainings on situational selling, product, and process
  • Accurately report on sales activity and forecasting
  • Monitor sales activity and track results
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B and SaaS sales
  • 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role
  • Knowledge of Challenger Sales Model, MEDDICC, SPIN Selling
  • Demonstrated success in leading a high-performing enterprise sales team
  • Proven experience exceeding sales quotas and accurate forecasting
