Lepaya is a pioneering upskilling platform that transforms professional development by redefining how organizations nurture their talent through Power Skills. We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our vibrant international scale-up and contribute to our mission of becoming the largest upskilling platform worldwide.

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be the eyes and ears of Lepaya, scouting within enterprise accounts to build a network, spot opportunities, and open the black box. You will work closely with our Account Managers to identify needs and wishes of prospects and customers, and develop concrete plans to increase Lepaya's market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify warm leads through customer contact, email, telephone, events, and networking
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including junior HR/L&D specialists, Marketing teams, and senior managers
  • Contribute to the improvement of our account strategies and identify opportunities for Lepaya
  • Increase Lepaya's brand awareness and generate leads through various channels
What You'll Bring
  • A true networker with a strong ability to build relationships and identify opportunities
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or acquisition
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • A team player with a buzz of ideas and energy
  • Comfortable reaching out to buying personas up to director level
