Job Description
Project Control Expertise
  • Support project control activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing project reports and financial statements.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying risks and ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with project managers to implement corrective actions when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on project management processes and tools.
  • Develop and maintain project management plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • University degree (Bachelor) in Business Administration (or Communications as relevant), with relevant experience.
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in financial planning and controlling and/or management of activities and resources in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management processes and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with project teams and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Relocation Support

The Netherlands' central location in Europe makes it an ideal base for travel and business within the EU. Major cities are well-connected by road, rail, and air with Amsterdam Schiphol Airport one of Europe's busiest and most well-connected airports, facilitating easy international travel.


Serco offers relocation support for all EU passport holders who are planning to relocate to the Netherlands and work for Serco B.V.


Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum

This is an estimated salary based on national averages for similar roles in the Netherlands.
