This role is a pivotal position on our reception team. As a supervising member, you'll train and support the House Host team to deliver exceptional guest service. Your responsibility will be to ensure every interaction leaves a lasting impression on our guests.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Providing memorable service at every stage of the guest journey
  • Maximising revenue and occupancy levels
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling
  • Training the House Host Team
  • Collaborating with the Assistant General Manager to achieve high standards in Housekeeping and Maintenance Teams
  • Participating in weekend shifts
  • Taking payments, handling cash, and performing end-of-day reconciliations
  • Managing reservations and queries through various channels (online, email, phone, and in-person)

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English language
  • Customer Service Skills
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and other essential soft skills
  • Previous experience in customer-focused hospitality roles (minimum 1 year)
