Claims Experience Team Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate leader to oversee our experienced CLX advocates as they manage claims for our European customers. As a Claims Experience Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring all claims are handled efficiently while working to improve our claims experience into the best in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations for our French claims team
- Train and coach the claims experience advocates on your team
- Delight our customers with seamless claims while outperforming on our KPIs
- Report on industry and company trends and other data-driven insights to both internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as the main point of contact for all French claims related enquiries
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a leadership role growing, managing, and coaching a claims team
- A Degree in Law or Legal is a Plus
- Proficiency in French and English
- Desire to work in a unique, dynamic, and fast-paced startup environment
- Empathetic, patient, and positive approach to your work
- Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 2 days a week
