Introduction

ASML is seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our PCBA and Firmware development team. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborating with the Scrum Master and development team to ensure that the product backlog is properly prioritized and that the team has a clear understanding of the requirements
  • Ensuring that backlog items have clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and that the team understands them
  • Facilitating sprint planning and ensuring that the team has a clear understanding of the goals and objectives for each sprint
  • Managing risks and dependencies, and identifying opportunities for team improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in PCBA or Firmware design and development
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Leader
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
