Product Owner PCBA and Firmware Specialist

Introduction

ASML is seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team, responsible for overseeing the development of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and Firmware for our DUV systems. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our products, working closely with our CPO, stakeholders, and customers to maximize value creation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Owner, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the team backlog, ensuring it is properly prioritized and aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborating with the Scrum Master to ensure the team is set up for success, identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies
  • Preparing the team for upcoming iterations, ensuring they understand the requirements and acceptance criteria for each item
  • Ensuring the team stays focused on delivering PI (Program Increment) goals and avoids distractions
  • Developing and maintaining long-term plans for team deliverables
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in PCBA or Firmware design
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Leader
