About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our PCBA and Firmware development team at ASML. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for understanding, prioritizing, and translating PCBA and Firmware requirements into a healthy backlog for your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure the team is set to realize deliverables, manage risks and dependencies, and identify team improvements.
  • Prepare the team backlog for the upcoming iteration and ensure it is properly prioritized for the next iteration.
  • Ensure that backlog items have requirements, acceptance criteria, and that the team understands them.
  • Focus the team on PI deliverables and prevent distractions.
  • Set up and develop structures and meetings for managing content, including PO-PL sync, PO-SM, Reviews, and PI events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of experience designing PCBAs or Firmware.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Leader.
