Product Owner PCBA and Firmware Specialist

Introduction

ASML is seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our PCBA and Firmware development team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for understanding, prioritizing, and translating PCBA and Firmware requirements into a healthy backlog for your team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Owner, you will oversee the development of PCBA and Firmware for our DUV systems. This includes designing and validating PCBAs, supporting integration with customers, and managing the life cycle of these designs. You will work closely with our CPO, stakeholders, and customers to maximize value creation.

Key activities include:

  • Working with the Scrum Master to ensure the team is set to realize deliverables
  • Preparing the team backlog for the upcoming iteration and ensuring it is properly prioritized
  • Ensuring backlog items have requirements, acceptance criteria, and that the team understands them
  • Ensuring focus on PI deliverables and keeping the team from getting distracted
  • Setting up and developing structures and meetings for managing content
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering or similar
  • 5+ years of experience designing PCBAs or Firmware
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Leader
Skills

You will be a team player with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. You will have experience with agile development methods and be able to influence and inspire people. You will be able to work in a dynamic environment and be proactive in your approach.
