About the Role

Nordson EFD is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Western Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement key account plans to increase share of business and competitive position
  • Conduct win/loss reviews to identify best practices and areas for improvement
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts and sales reporting to management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience with a focus on key account management
  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in spoken and written Dutch and English, with additional language skills a plus
  • Experience with MS Office applications and familiarity with SAP, C4C, and Power BI
