Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sterilization Operator to join our team at Applied Medical. As a Sterilization Operator, you will be responsible for operating the ethylene oxide sterilization process and equipment, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our medical devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the ethylene oxide sterilization process and equipment to ensure efficient and effective sterilization of medical devices.
  • Perform physical inspections of all sterilization equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Handle and move products throughout the stages of the sterilization process, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Verify the configuration adequacy of incoming goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Understand and comply with safety rules and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Notify the Sterilization Engineer of any issues with equipment or processes.
  • Document all steps in the sterilization process in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring efficient shift transfer through effective communication.
Requirements
  • Affinity with technical systems, such as large boilers or complex equipment.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to access and enter computerized data.
  • Ability to work in a 3-shift environment.
