About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Sterilization to join our team at Applied Medical. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sterilization equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair sterilization equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Use problem-solving skills and mathematical techniques to troubleshoot complex issues and implement solutions.
  • Assist with the commissioning and qualification of new equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs, documenting all activities and ensuring accurate records.
  • Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure products meet quality standards, adhering to validated data and instructions.
  • Order and maintain spare parts and tools to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
Requirements
  • MBO 3 in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or VAPRO-B.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Steam Boilers, Valves, Pneumatic systems, and Pressure valves.
  • First responder (BHV) certificate and VCA Basic.
  • Experience with grinders, column drills, bandsaw, and other workshop equipment.
  • Working knowledge of SCADA software and hazardous liquids or gases.
  • Proficient level of English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work in two shifts (6:00-15:00 and 15:00-0:00) and use own transport.
