Job Title: Logistics Team Leader

As a Logistics Team Leader at CEVA Logistics, you will be responsible for leading a team of logistics professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, coach, and develop employees in your team to achieve high performance and productivity.
  • Lead daily operations and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to make informed decisions that optimize the overall logistics process.
  • Optimize the efficiency of people and resources to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement improvement proposals to enhance the logistics process.
  • Conduct performance and assessment interviews, absence counseling, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing a team in a similar work environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Full-time availability and flexibility in a 2-shift system.
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
