Job Summary

As a Logistics Team Leader at CEVA Logistics, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operators and coordinators to achieve operational excellence in our fulfillment center. Your primary goal will be to optimize the efficiency of people and resources, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop employees in your team to achieve high performance and productivity.
  • Lead daily operations and ensure the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to make informed decisions that optimize the overall process.
  • Optimize the use of people and resources to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement improvement proposals for the logistics process.
  • Conduct performance and assessment interviews, as well as absence counseling.

Requirements

  • You have experience as a people manager in a similar work environment.
  • You possess an HBO work and thinking level with at least a completed MBO 4 education.
  • You are ambitious, hardworking, and stress-resistant.
  • You have at least 3 years of work experience in a dynamic environment.
  • You are an inspiring leader with an ambitious and driven mindset.
  • You are available full-time and flexible in a 2-shift system.
  • You have a good command of the English language, both orally and in writing.
