Job Title: Logistics Team Leader

As a Logistics Team Leader at CEVA Logistics, you will be responsible for leading a team of logistics professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics processes, while also driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of logistics professionals to achieve high performance and productivity.
  • Lead daily operations and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to make informed decisions that optimize the overall logistics process.
  • Optimize the efficiency of people and resources to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance logistics operations.
  • Conduct performance and assessment interviews, absence counseling, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of managing and developing teams.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Ambitious, hardworking, and stress-resistant individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
