- Collaborate with colleagues to make informed decisions that optimize the overall logistics process.
- Optimize the efficiency of people and resources to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance logistics operations.
- Conduct performance and assessment interviews, absence counseling, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in English language, both written and verbal.
