Job Title: Logistics Team Leader

As a Logistics Team Leader at CEVA Logistics, you will be responsible for leading a team of logistics professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics processes, while also driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of logistics professionals to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
  • Lead daily operations and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to make informed decisions that optimize the overall logistics process.
  • Optimize the efficiency of people and resources to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance logistics operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance and assessment interviews, absence counseling, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Ambitious, hardworking, and stress-resistant, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full-time availability and flexibility to work in a 2-shift system.
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
