Logistics Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Team Leader to join our team in Tilburg. As a Logistics Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-25 employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of logistics professionals to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Coordinating logistics activities in our state-of-the-art warehouse
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Forecasting and managing staff costs to meet productivity targets
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators to drive continuous improvements

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics and team management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts
