Job Description

The successful candidate will contribute to our corporate governance by developing and strengthening our risk and internal control function. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing an effective internal control framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and process analyses to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and managing policies, processes, and procedures to support internal control
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and increase efficiency
  • Liaising with external auditors and regulators to facilitate requests and monitor findings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Relevant professional certifications, such as RA, RO, ACCA, CIMA, or CIA
  • At least 7 years of experience in internal control, auditing, or risk management, preferably in a globally operating industrial company or Big4 firm
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to break down complex topics into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
