We are seeking a skilled Loan Administrator to join our team in Amsterdam, supporting the front office with loan administration and internal reporting tasks. As a Financial Services Support Specialist, you will provide essential support to the front office through various administrative tasks, including reviewing notices from agent banks and customers, executing closing processes for new settlements, and communicating with customers and external parties.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in structured finance and corporate lending, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. They will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the front office with loan administration, internal reporting, and relevant tasks in structured finance and corporate lending;
  • Reviewing notices from agent banks and customers to create accounting tickets/payment requests;
  • Executing closing processes for new settlements, including executing contracts, creating tickets, and data registration;
  • Communicating with customers, agent banks, and external parties to facilitate the administrative process;
  • Inputting data into lending systems, including customer registration, funding, and reporting;
  • Providing regular internal reporting to the head office and relevant divisions;
  • Reviewing non-disclosure agreements with counter-parties under the support of front-office legal advisors;
  • Supporting customer due diligence, treasury fund management, front reporting, and research business.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • Experience working in structured finance and corporate lending;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software;
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, accounting).
