PGIM Fixed Income | Senior Institutional Client Advisory Sales Support

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Fixed Income Sales Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fixed income securities and financial services, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Client Advisors in developing Benelux and Nordics prospects and clients
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Institutional Client Advisory team based in Amsterdam and London
  • Develop asset class knowledge and understanding of PGIM Fixed Income strategies, processes, and capabilities
  • Interface with various business partners and stakeholders across PGIMFI
  • Support sales efforts with existing clients and prospects
  • Prepare materials for meetings, including background information on institutional prospects
  • Write-up meeting notes and upload to CRM/Salesforce
  • Champion client data maintenance and sales pipeline management
  • Partner with Marketing to coordinate client/prospect events

What You Will Bring:

  • 0-3 years experience in investment industry or sales/client service support roles
  • Dutch and English language proficiency; any additional languages a plus
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant industry qualifications
  • Tech competence within Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to data systems

What We Offer:

  • $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • 30 days annual leave at full pay
