About the Role: We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Key Account Manager to be responsible for strategic and larger accounts and clients, managing and building relationships, and focusing on spotting new opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for our client's Dutch customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Develop and expand your portfolio through cross-selling and mapping accounts
  • Generate new opportunities, manage your sales pipeline, and provide innovative, tailor-made solutions
  • Coordinate with various teams to meet customer needs

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree within Business Administration or relevant field
  • Previous experience of working with account management and account development, ideally with strategic accounts
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, particularly in writing
