At DSV, we are seeking a highly skilled Freight Forwarder Healthcare to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of healthcare products, including medicines and medical relief goods, to their final destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders in Cargowise and convert them into import and export shipments
- Timely book shipments with (road) transporters, airlines, and carriers
- Provide updates and KPIs to customers via phone and email on current shipments
- Monitor shipments and ensure they proceed without problems
- Fulfill agreements with customers and periodically provide them with achieved KPIs
Requirements:
- MBO working and thinking level
- At least 3 years' working experience in freight forwarding in the field of air cargo
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English to communicate with customers
What We Offer:
- 28 holidays per year and 8% holiday pay paid out in May
- 5% gratuity paid out in November
