Onera Health is in search of a meticulous and organized professional to fulfill the role of an Office Administrator. This position is pivotal in supporting various business functions through a range of essential administrative responsibilities.
The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations, assisting multiple departments, and delivering vital administrative support.
This is a part-time role requiring 32 hours per week.About Onera Health

We provide comprehensive sleep test data to healthcare professionals across diverse clinical settings, optimizing patient care while reducing healthcare expenditures.
Key Responsibilities
In this capacity, you will ensure seamless office operations by executing a variety of essential administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities will include managing general office duties such as handling correspondence, overseeing mail and packages, maintaining office documentation, and coordinating office events to foster team engagement – serving as a key representative of Onera.
You will also provide significant administrative assistance to both finance and HR departments.This entails updating standard reports, gathering outstanding receipts, creating Purchase Orders (POs), and managing contracts for these teams, along with supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
Additionally, you may be called upon for various ad-hoc tasks.
Collaboration is vital, and you will work closely with different teams throughout the organization, promoting a cooperative and team-oriented environment.

- Proven hands-on experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and practical problem-solving abilities.
- A positive, proactive attitude, with a willingness to tackle challenges and devise solutions.
- Professional proficiency in English and Dutch
- Preferably residing in proximity to the Eindhoven area
