We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist fluent in Italian to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional technical assistance and ongoing support to our customers. The selected candidate will be tasked with first-level troubleshooting and resolution of various technical inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial troubleshooting with clients to resolve issues.
- Manage the processing of returned products needing service, including replacing defective components or facilitating device exchanges.
- Handle warranty and non-warranty service requests, ensuring accurate Customer Service Order entries.
- Document all field failures and customer complaints in accordance with our Quality System.
- Provide phone support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Identify training needs for customers and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Assist in the delivery of parts to customers.
- Collaborate closely with various teams including Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain a repository of frequently asked questions to streamline support.
- Communicate suggestions for product improvements to relevant departments.
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of customer support processes.
- Utilize sound judgment to navigate policies and achieve goals while remaining adaptable to changes.
- Review customer interactions to ensure all issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Work with bio-hazard products as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Understanding of basic engineering principles and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 7/10 Professional operating systems.
- Strong practical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated individual who thrives on challenges and works independently.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
