Technical Support Agent

At Shell Recharge Solutions, we are on a mission to enable everyone to drive as many kilometres as possible powered by clean energy. As a Technical Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal by providing second-line support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical service to customers via phone and email
  • Maintain contact with service partners and field experts
  • Analyze incoming malfunctions and provide solutions
  • Improve the proactive service process
  • Report issues and gather data on recurring problems
  • Train other technical support agents within the team
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical approach and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and improvement-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Knowledgeable about technology and e-mobility
  • Collaborative and customer-friendly attitude
