As a Biotechnology Intern on our Antibody Research & Development team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of next-generation antibody medicines that transform the lives of patients with cancer and other serious diseases.

About the Role

In this role, you will be working closely with our experienced research associates to support the design and performance of various assays aimed at investigating the mechanisms of action of antibodies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the setup and execution of cell culture and protein preparation protocols;
  • Developing and implementing flow cytometry-based assays to measure antibody binding and function;
  • Aiding in the design and optimization of bioluminescence resonance energy transfer (BRET) assays to measure co-localization;
  • Contributing to the analysis and interpretation of data from these assays.

We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for learning and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as biology, biochemistry, or chemistry;
  • Strong foundation in molecular biology, cell culture, and biochemical techniques;
  • Experience with flow cytometry and/or BRET assays is a plus;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
