Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a gross monthly internship fee of €650 based on 40 hours per week. You will also enjoy a hybrid way of working, with at least 2 office days per week, and have access to modern facilities and equipment.

In addition to your salary and benefits, you will receive 2 vacation days per month (based on full-time) and have the opportunity to participate in exciting events and activities organized by our team. If you don't have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed.

Job Description

As a Communication Intern at Heineken, you will support the largest Transformation projects within HEINEKEN Europe by assisting in the creation of various types of communication to be disseminated across different levels, in line with our strategy. You will collaborate closely with the Change Management team and have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with HEINEKEN as a company, both inside and outside of your department.

You will be responsible for editing videos, content management for newsletters, creating graphic materials, supporting the creation of social media comms assets, developing engagement packs, and bringing new ideas on creating engaging videos and different pieces of communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong inclination towards staying updated on IT innovations, particularly collaboration tools, and actively promoting new digital work methods. Proficiency in editing videos and creating designs/layouts is essential, as well as experience in working in communication agencies.

You must be fluent in English (both speaking and writing) and currently enrolled at a university. A student with an eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving would thrive in this role.
