Business Development Representative

At Marktlink, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with entrepreneurs to discuss business growth and preparing their businesses for sale.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively seek out and engage with entrepreneurs through meaningful conversations about business growth and sale preparation;
- Recruit entrepreneurs for participation in masterclasses and other business events to fuel our sales funnel;
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop strategic plans for the international growth of Marktlink and Marktlink Exit Ready;
- Provide guidance and support to entrepreneurs as they plan their future and navigate the final stages of entrepreneurship;
- Commit to continuous improvement, self-development, and accurate administration of conversations.
- Energized by conversations and experienced in prospecting and phone acquisition;
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage in meaningful conversations with entrepreneurs;
- Fluent in Polish and a strong professional background in the country;
- Available to work 2-5 days a week and open to working from a local ML office or from home;
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
