We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team at Rabobank. As a key member of our Area Data and Insights, you will play a critical role in helping us become an increasingly data-driven bank.

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for analyzing process data to identify trends and patterns, generating actionable insights, and delivering them to business stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and communicate complex data in a clear and understandable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Process Data: Identify trends and patterns within process data to generate actionable insights.
  • Delve into complex data and distill it into easily understandable insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate on Process Improvements: Work with stakeholders to deliver process mining solutions that can drive changes within FEC.

About You:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics).
  • Experience in building, operationalising and operating process mining solutions.
  • Ability to understand process flows based on functional or technical designs and possess process-oriented thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to support stakeholders in their ambition to become more data-driven in their decision making.
