The estimated annual salary for this position is between €45,000 and €60,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation arrangements, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that goods are delivered on time and accurately. You will work closely with logistics providers, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cargo and Transportation Management: Coordinate transportation arrangements, manage cargo flows, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Inventory and Data Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stocktaking, record and maintain logistics data, and generate reports to support management decisions.
  • Vendor and Customer Coordination: Maintain good communication with logistics providers, handle customer logistics inquiries and complaints, and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Process Optimization and Compliance: Analyze and optimize logistics processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, while ensuring that all operations comply with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel and other data management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with logistics management systems and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and working level English communication; Dutch is a plus.
