PMO Center of ExcellenceThe PMO Center of Excellence is a key initiative to drive excellent project, program, and portfolio management across PT's Business Lines and R&D. Our goal is to establish a centralized hub for project management best practices, systems, standards, guidance, and tools.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deploy a new standard for excellence in project execution
- Improve and implement project management standards and processes
- Develop, deploy, and maintain new tools and templates
- Create training materials and instructions
- Provide training (train-the-trainer)
- Drive discipline in execution
- Support continuous embedding of our business processes
- Drive compliance with internal and external regulations
- Organize and plan steer meetings
- Create management reports for portfolio steering
- Takes ownership, gets things done, and proactively drives improvement
- Excellent communicator, able to influence without hierarchical power
- Ability to guide, coach, and advise at all organizational levels
- Comfortable with high speed of change and uncertainty
- Maintains personal effectiveness and people focus under pressure
- Master's degree (MSc) in technical and/or PM direction
- 5-10 years of working experience as a PM(O) expert or experience as a Project Manager in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment
- Experience with the stage gating process and gate reviews
- Experience with the implementation of change and improvement projects
