Senior IT Change Planning Coordinator

As a Senior Change Planning Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing IT changes that are deployed in our live environments, including Production and Enterprise. You'll work closely with internal teams to drive the oversight and governance of the change process, supporting other teams on change planning and advising on dependencies.
Key Responsibilities- Host and participate in meetings with various teams and management to facilitate planning and coordination.
- Plan, coordinate, support, and communicate change control in the Production and Enterprise environment.
- Maintain overall planning documentation for maintenance windows to satisfy audit controls.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to anticipate and raise awareness on deployment demand and provide forecasts.
- Ensure issues and risks are identified, understood, and managed by delivery and operational teams to mitigate risk where possible.
- Manage approval process for higher-risk changes and ensure administration around this process is accurate.
- Prepare specific provisioning requests and progress them to implementation.
- Prepare and plan service continuity changes to support operational teams.
- Host deployment process compliance meetings and follow up on open action items to ensure closure.
- 4-8 years of experience in an IT environment.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain planning documentation.
- Experience in a coordination or project management role.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
- Desire to understand technology solutions and learn in a development-focused and dynamic company.
