About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advisory Group Secretary to join our team at Royal HaskoningDHV Zwolle. As an Advisory Group Secretary, you will provide administrative support to the unit, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively support the team in their business needs, providing administrative assistance as required.
  • Support the Advisory Group Directors and Associate Directors, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, providing the necessary facilities and logistics, compiling agendas, recording decisions and actions, collecting and distributing documentation, receiving participants and guests, pursuing action points, and utilizing modern meeting and conference technology.
  • Provide a results-oriented and professional contribution to the delivery of documents, monitoring deadlines, and checking for completeness and authorization.
  • Work efficiently with the most recent software, providing support for questions about supporting software applications and business and project processes.
  • Collaborate with the other secretaries of the other business units, ensuring a cohesive and effective administrative support structure.
