Join Our Team as an Advisory Group Secretary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advisory Group Secretary to join our team at Royal HaskoningDHV Zwolle. As an Advisory Group Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business unit with secretarial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively support the team in their business needs
  • Support the Advisory Group Directors and Associate Directors
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, recording decisions and actions, and distributing documentation
  • Provide a results-oriented and professional contribution to the delivery of documents, monitoring deadlines, and checking for completeness and authorization
  • Work efficiently with the most recent software and provide support for questions about supporting software applications and business and project processes
  • Collaborate with other secretaries in the business unit
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or HBO working and thinking level in the field of secretarial/administrative support
  • Extensive relevant work experience and used to operating independently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Sense of the dynamics of the business and customer relationships
  • Skilled in working with MS Office, MS Teams/Sharepoint, CRM packages, and making presentations
  • Good ICT skills and talent to quickly master new developments in the field of ICT tools and software applications
  • Ability to handle confidentiality well
  • Act as a team player in the secretarial team in the business unit
