Sanctions Implementation Manager

Yacht is seeking a highly skilled Business Project Implementation Manager to join our FEC Global Sanctions Change Portfolio and Remediation Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization meets Sanctions requirements and effectively manages Sanctions risks.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Project and/or Implementation Manager in a professional environment. They will have experience in Banking and/or the FEC domain and a strong interest in FEC, Sanctions, and geopolitics. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and have a strong understanding of risk management principles.
The Business Project Implementation Manager will be responsible for the successful business implementation of Sanctions projects, ensuring that projects are understood and planned in detail, impact assessments are done, and the operations organization is ready for the change. They will also contribute to the development of the FEC Global Sanctions Change Portfolio and drive our Culture Initiatives.
The FEC Sanctions Change Portfolio and Remediation Team is a relatively small team with big ambitions and a lot of drive to build a stable and innovative change portfolio team in FEC Global Sanctions. We focus on complex change programs in FEC, build the FEC Global Sanctions Change Portfolio, and drive our Culture Initiatives. We take ownership, work together to get things done, and make impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Successful business implementation of Sanctions projects
- End-to-end view and control of change initiatives
- Risk awareness and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Project and/or Implementation Manager
- Experience in Banking and/or the FEC domain
- Strong interest in FEC, Sanctions, and geopolitics
- Proficient in English
- Strong understanding of risk management principles
What We Offer
- Salary up to €97,997.20 per year
- Minimum one-year contract with a preference for transitioning to a permanent contract
- 100% salary during employment agreement

- Annual net training budget of €3,500
- Net €750 to set up your home office
- Possibility of bonuses
- 25 vacation days per year based on a 40-hour workweek
