About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sanctions Implementation Manager to join our team at Yacht, a leading provider of Compliance & Risk services.
As a key member of our FEC Global Sanctions Change Portfolio and Remediation Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with Sanctions requirements and effectively managing Sanctions risks.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead business projects and implementations to help build and improve the FEC Global Sanctions organization.
You will contribute to this goal by ensuring that projects are thoroughly understood and planned, impact assessments are conducted, and the operations organization is ready for change.

The FEC Sanctions Change Portfolio and Remediation Team is a dynamic and ambitious group with a passion for building a stable and innovative change portfolio team in FEC Global Sanctions.
We focus on complex change programs in FEC, build the FEC Global Sanctions Change Portfolio, and drive our Culture Initiatives.
About the Job
- Lead business projects and implementations to ensure compliance with Sanctions requirements.
- Conduct thorough impact assessments and ensure the operations organization is ready for change.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Sanctions landscape and its implications for our business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate Sanctions risks.
- Drive the development and implementation of effective Sanctions compliance strategies.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Project and/or Implementation Manager in a professional environment.
- Experience in Banking and/or the FEC domain, with a strong understanding of Sanctions and geopolitics.
- Advanced level of English language proficiency (C1/C2).
- Knowledge of and experience working with Lean, with certification preferred.
