About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Transformation Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to join our team at Blue Yonder. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading key design discussions and architecture discussions for large-scale manufacturing transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead key design discussions and architecture discussions for large-scale manufacturing transformations.
- Conduct business process analysis or design/construction phase of the project.
- Create templates and artifacts towards reusability and automation decreasing implementation lifecycle, reducing errors post go-live and efficient support operations.
- Support development of detailed business process blueprints for a given Domain and sub-vertical by working in collaboration with other team members.
- Creates and modifies procedural and system documentation throughout the project. Creates detailed tasks on overall project plan (i.e. during sales cycle, after the project plan is complete, or based on enhancements).
- Ensures knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team. Is a thought leader in Manufacturing Planning Solution area and is able to apply that knowledge to customer situations.
- Communicates and/or supports the business cases to PMG and PD regarding specific trends for future product functionality and enhancements.
- Develops functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that meet the customers' business objectives and are of sound design.
- Provides advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology. Provides support during the "go-live" period and knowledge transition during project roll-off.
- Liaises between various stakeholders on a project including BY Consultants, Customer / partner consultants, Business users, IT, PMO, Change team, Cloud and Product teams to ensure the intended business objectives and value can be realized.
- Has full command and accountability for the E2E Solution & Application architecture on a project, to enable the intended business value. Maintains a detailed knowledge of the technical integration architecture in the landscape and an ability to support technical design discussions along with BY Technical Architects.
- Performs new product solution validation and end-to-end data flow, solution, interface, workflow & reports and performance testing. Raise Jira & case tickets & provide feedback to PD/PMG on defects & enhancements.
- Serves as a functional liaison and attends and contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors.
- Understands how the BY solutions within area of focus can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes (ensuring ability to design, execute, and deliver).
