As a key member of our team at Prothya Biosolutions, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our colleagues. Your expertise in EHS management will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing EHS performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • You will work closely with various departments to ensure that EHS policies and procedures are implemented and enforced consistently across the organization.
  • You will conduct risk assessments and develop training programs to educate staff on EHS best practices.
  • You will collaborate with clients and suppliers to ensure that EHS standards are met in all interactions.
  • You will participate in EHS-related projects and contribute to the development of EHS management systems.
  • You will ensure that EHS performance is monitored and reported to management on a regular basis.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a HBO and HVK education and have at least 3 years of experience in EHS in a GMP environment, chemical industry, or process industry.
  • You have practical knowledge of EHS management systems, environmental incidents, and incident investigation.
  • You possess excellent communication skills in Dutch and English and are proactive in showing responsibility and ownership.
  • You have a strong focus on collaboration and excellent social skills, including communication, interpersonal skills, and motivation.
  • You are customer-oriented and have strong project management skills.
