As a key member of our team at Prothya Biosolutions, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective EHS management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure EHS awareness and training.
  • Monitor and report EHS performance metrics to management.
  • Participate in EHS-related projects and initiatives.

Your Profile:

  • Relevant education and experience in EHS, preferably in a GMP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS management systems, environmental incidents, and incident investigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch and English.
  • Proactive and responsible attitude, with a strong focus on collaboration and project management.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and excellent social skills.
