As a key member of our team at Prothya Biosolutions, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and visitors. Your expertise in EHS management will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, aligning with our company's commitment to excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing EHS policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • You will conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • You will collaborate with various departments to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into business operations, including client and supplier interactions.
  • You will participate in EHS-related projects, providing expertise and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
  • You will monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a HBO and HVK education, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS in a GMP environment, chemical industry, or process industry.
  • You possess practical knowledge of EHS management systems, environmental incidents, and incident investigation.
  • You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate complex EHS concepts to various stakeholders.
  • You are proactive, responsible, and ownership-driven, with a strong focus on collaboration and project management.
  • You have excellent social skills, including communication, interpersonal skills, and motivation, with a customer-oriented mindset.
