Your Mission

At Marktlink, we're on a mission to empower entrepreneurs to achieve their business goals. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in guiding entrepreneurs through the business sales process with top-notch support. We're seeking proactive, native Polish speakers with a strong background in sales and a passion for entrepreneurship to join our team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with entrepreneurs through meaningful conversations about business growth and preparing their business for sale.
  • Recruit entrepreneurs for participation in masterclasses and other business events to fuel our sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to drive the international growth of Marktlink and Marktlink Exit Ready.
  • Help entrepreneurs plan their future and provide guidance during the last phase of entrepreneurship.
  • Commit to continuous improvement, self-development, and accurate conversation administration.
  • Demonstrate self-reliance, take ownership, and hold yourself accountable for your success.
Your Profile
  • Energized by conversations, experienced with prospecting and phone acquisition.
  • A solid track record in working with entrepreneurs, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations.
  • Fluent in Polish and a strong professional background in the country.
  • Available for 2-5 days a week and open to working from a local ML office or from home.
  • A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
