Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective labor compliance strategies to ensure adherence to local labor laws.
- Provide expert advice on EU labor laws and regulations to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with local teams to develop region-specific training programs and performance management systems.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with labor disputes and non-compliance.
- Analyze and interpret EU labor laws and regulations to inform business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field.
- 5+ years in HR with at least 3 years focused on labor compliance in European countries.
- Proven experience in multinational corporations or local European companies.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or other EU languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and risk anticipation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
