Customer Relations Team Manager

As a Customer Relations Team Manager at Applied Medical, you will be responsible for steering the team towards excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring workload, assigning work areas, and setting priorities to ensure our KPIs are met and SLAs are respected.
- Planning personnel succession, training, and annual leaves to ensure business continuity.
- Fostering accountability and providing support, guidance, and feedback with clear communication and kindness.
You will also be responsible for:
- Goal Setting and Execution: Defining team goals in accordance with the departmental goals and strategy, and executing the necessary steps to achieve these goals.
- Compliance: Ensuring the team works in accordance with our quality management system, maintaining and updating SOPs and work instructions.
- Reporting: Creating daily and monthly reports from SAP, presenting them to department managers and senior leadership, identifying trends, and suggesting action points and process improvements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A comprehensive understanding of the Order to Cash process.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
