About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Oversight Expert to join our team at ABN AMRO. As a key member of our Data Governance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data-related risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain data governance standards, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on data governance best practices.
  • Monitor and report on data governance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as information sciences, business information management, or data management.
  • At least 4 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
