Jouw rol

Als Customer Support Specialist ben jij de expert die klanten helpt met hun vragen over het iQOS-apparaat en de bijbehorende website. Je biedt ondersteuning via telefoon en e-mail, waarbij je niet alleen helpt met het gebruik en onderhoud van het apparaat, maar ook met technische problemen en het oplossen van eventuele uitdagingen die klanten ervaren. Jouw doel is om elke klant een uitstekende ervaring te bieden door proactieve en deskundige ondersteuning.

Wat ga je doen?
  • Bieden van specialistische ondersteuning via telefoon en e-mail voor klanten van iQOS.
  • Vragen beantwoorden en problemen oplossen met betrekking tot het gebruik en onderhoud van het iQOS-apparaat.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden voor zowel het apparaat als de iQOS-website.
  • Klanten voorzien van deskundige informatie en oplossingen voor hun uitdagingen.
Wie zoeken wij?

We zoeken iemand met:

  • Taal: Vloeiende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands, en goede beheersing van het Engels (B2-niveau).
  • Vaardigheden: Uitstekende communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, met empathie en teamgeest.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je bent flexibel, veerkrachtig en leert snel.
  • Erfaring: Ervaring in telefonische klantenondersteuning of een callcenteromgeving is een pluspunt.
