Business Development Representative

In our mission to become the largest upskilling platform worldwide, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our vibrant international scale-up.
As a key member of our Industry Focused Sales Teams, you will be responsible for scouting and networking within enterprise accounts to identify opportunities and build strategic relationships.
Your role will involve:
- Booking and attending meetings with key stakeholders to understand their needs and identify potential projects
- Working closely with our Account Managers to develop and implement account strategies
- Collaborating with our Marketing team to connect on modern marketing strategies and identify new opportunities
- Picking up on potential projects and qualifying them for further development
- Having shared introduction meetings with the account director and preparing demos for stakeholders
You will be a true connector, people by default share loads of information with you, and you will use this information to further fine-tune our proposition.
We're looking for a hand-on, someone who knows how to get things done, with previous experience in business development, sales, or acquisition. You should be fluent in Dutch and English, a team player with a buzzing energy, and comfortable reaching out to buying personas up to director level.
