Position SummaryWe are seeking a driven and skilled individual to take on the role of Technical Sales and Application Specialist within Nordson Industrial Coating Systems. This position focuses on nurturing and expanding relationships with our premier clients primarily in the France and Benelux regions.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure effective management of customer accounts to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Develop and implement tailored business strategies for each key client, aiming for sustainable growth.
- Conduct audits of Nordson application systems, assisting clients with configurations and final adjustments.
- Utilize value-based selling techniques to promote the latest Nordson offerings to the customer base.
- Facilitate training sessions for client personnel to enhance product understanding.
- Document all activities and customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain transparency.
- Proven technical and sales expertise with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
- Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in an industrial setting.
- Background as an electrician or similar field experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with 2-component and 3-component spray equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with a structured approach and high efficiency.
- Team-oriented mindset in a diverse, multinational environment.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time, typically involving short trips.
