Customer Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team at Teamleader. As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption of our product, Teamleader Focus.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement onboarding strategies to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Collaborate with customers to formulate strategies and tactics to ensure they achieve their individual objectives and goals.
- Provide training and support to new customers to help them get started with Teamleader Focus.
- Follow up on user and customer emails and questions to build strong relationships.
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
