Customer Onboarding Manager

At Teamleader, we're on a mission to simplify work for small and medium European businesses. We're seeking a skilled Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team and help entrepreneurs work smarter with our all-in-one tool.

About the Role
  • Drive customer adoption by providing proactive onboarding and training
  • Collaborate with customers to formulate strategies and tactics to ensure their success
  • Build relationships with customers and follow up on their progress
  • Work closely with our team to identify and resolve technical issues
Requirements
  • Fluent Dutch (native level) and English (professional level)
  • Experience in a SaaS environment and B2B sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
